Born in a suburb of the economic capital of Cameroon, to parents who were educators and farmers, I was rocked by the rhythm of the earth, by the harvest seasons, and by the sacred bond that united my family with nature.
Arriving in Canada, the enthusiasm of immigration quickly gave way to food shock, and so after my first decade in this beautiful country full of opportunities, I realized that my true calling lay in the land, in growing African leafy vegetables that had nourished my body and mind since my earliest childhood.
Building on the success of my family garden and driven by the spirit of sharing, I decided to create a farm where the exotic flavors of Africa flourish under the Canadian sun, thus offering a place of meeting and exchange, where members of the community could reconnect with nature and with themselves.
Operating this farm is a symbol of resilience, courage and pride. Through every green leaf that grows in our fields, we celebrate the legacy of our ancestors, while building a future filled with diversity, sustainability and joy.
